SnapTidy Cleaner — Privacy Policy

SnapTidy Cleaner is built on a single principle: your photos never leave your device.

What We Collect

Nothing. SnapTidy Cleaner does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server that receives your information.

• We do not upload your photos, videos, or any other media.
• We do not create accounts or ask for any personal information.
• We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not track your location or your usage.
• We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

How the App Works

All photo analysis — finding visually similar photos — is performed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device machine learning frameworks (Vision). Photo thumbnails are read locally from your photo library for comparison and are never sent anywhere.

Deleted photos are moved by iOS to the system “Recently Deleted” album, where they remain recoverable for the standard period. The app itself keeps no copy of your photos.

Network Access

The app contains no networking code. It does not contact any server operated by us or by any third party while you use it. Automatic download of full-resolution originals from iCloud Photos is explicitly disabled, so scanning only uses the local copies on your device.

Permissions

Photo Library — required to scan for similar photos locally and to let you delete the ones you select. Access is used only for the features you see in the app, and only while the app is open.

In-App Purchase

Unlocking the full version is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. It is not a subscription and does not renew. We never receive or store your payment information; Apple processes the transaction and only tells the app whether the purchase is active. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from the unlock screen.

Children

The app is not directed to children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete. If you delete the app, everything it touched is already gone. Any data held by Apple is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
