SnapTidy Cleaner — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using SnapTidy Cleaner (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to the App; where these Terms and that agreement conflict, the stricter provision governs.

3. What the App Does

The App scans the photo library on your device to group visually similar photos, and lets you delete selected photos. All analysis happens on your device. The App has no networking capability and does not upload your photos.

4. In-App Purchase

• The free version allows deletion of up to 30 photos.
• SnapTidy Pro removes that limit and is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
• There is no automatic renewal, no recurring charge, and no free trial that converts into a paid subscription.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency as set by the App Store.
• Purchases can be restored at any time from the unlock screen using Restore Purchase.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

5. Your Responsibilities and Data Loss

Please review your selections before deleting. The App deletes exactly the photos you select. Photos deleted through the App are moved to the iOS “Recently Deleted” album, where they normally remain recoverable for about 30 days — but recovery is provided by iOS, not by us, and we hold no copy of your photos and cannot restore anything for you.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups (for example, iCloud Photos or a computer backup).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent the App's purchase mechanism, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Privacy

The App collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will detect every duplicate, that it will be error-free, or that it will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or photos, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
